Maison du Village artfully mixes traditional charm with contemporary design sensibilities, in an elegant symphony of hand-selected marble, zelige tilework, and locally sourced French oak.
From the well-appointed chef’s kitchen, guests step onto our sun-drenched terrace and delight in the quintessential view over the old town—warm and sun-splashed hues, patterns of earthen tile and cobble, and classic red-tiled roofs. The most vivid imagination could not paint a more picturesque setting.
Nestled on a pedestrian-only side street, our home affords guests a quiet escape to a bygone era as well as incredibly easy access to the charming boutiques, cafes, and open-air markets of Antibes.
This home has ample space for our guests to enjoy spirited gatherings and tranquil spaces for contemplation.
The house was more gorgeous and spacious than expected. Our time in Antibes was so special due in large part to Paul and Tom's care for detail in thinking of everything a family could need.

Maison du Village is ideal for larger families or groups traveling together. No driving needed to enjoy all of the activities in and around Antibes.
Feel at home and pampered in three en-suite bedrooms, each with its own character and décor befitting the home’s light, bright, and airy ambiance. All bedrooms feature decadent mattresses, linens, and pillows as well as air-conditioner units to ensure a revitalizing rest for our guests.
Entertainment options abound in our townhouse, fully-equipped with high-speed wi-fi throughout. Guests can watch cable TV channels on our Samsung TV.
Log into Apple TV and Netflix for movies, TV shows on-demand, and children’s programming. Connect your smartphone into the hi-fi stereo to play your favorite music!
Appointed with a convention oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, our kitchen is all ready for your culinary creativity and inspiration. Of course, all the essentials cookware, utensils, dishware, and stemware are included.
Share your meal on the gorgeous dining table or on the terrace. Guests can even cook al fresco on our barbecue grill!

Rates & Availability
Rental includes all bed linens, towels, beach towels, luxury bathroom products as well as cleaning upon departure. We provide weekly cleaning and change of bed linens for stays of two weeks or longer. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the remaining 50% + 600 Euro for a security deposit to be settled 4 weeks prior to arrival.
