The airy bedrooms can be configured with either a king-sized bed or two twins beds—all fitted with crisp sheets and linens and comfy pillows and mattresses, everything that guests need for truly refreshing sleep. The chef-ready kitchen comes equipped with a convection oven, stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and all the essential pots, pans, utensils, flatware, and stemware.

For guests’ entertainment, the hosts also offer a Sony LED TV, cable channels, and access to Netflix and AppleTV for movies, shows, and children’s programs.

Fire up the gas barbecue grill and enjoy a home-cooked gourmet meal on the outdoor terrace, amid the beauty and blooms of a well-manicured, Provençal-style garden. Or, simply kick back and soak up some Riviera rays on a sunlounger.

The Penthouse master bedroom, which features high vaulted ceilings and dazzling views from the private rooftop terrace, has an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and luxurious “experience shower.”

From this central spot on Cap d’Antibes, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the cafes, boutiques, and Marché Provençal at the historic heart of old Antibes and also a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and nightclubs of Juan-les-Pins. A 5-minute stroll takes you to a number of beautiful beaches (including a private beach with sunloungers).

La Maison Provençale is only 15 minutes from the Antibes train station, so no car is necessary to explore all the natural and cultural sites of the Côte d’Azur. But the property does include secure on-site parking with video surveillance for your convenience.

The vacation home comes fully stocked with all the necessities: free high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and even beach towels and beach bags all ready to go. For those with small children, a baby cot, high chair, and security gates are available.

Daikin air conditioning and heating are provided each room of the house for the guests’ comfort.
